Fundraising is essential for nearly every scholastic sports team. We’ve helped teams raise money by selling sponsorship spots on equipment, walls, and even in floor or turf logos. Beyond sponsorships, there are plenty of other creative ways to fundraise. Such as hosting a Lift-A-Thon, selling merchandise, or organizing group purchases of protein powder and supplements with kickbacks through companies with programs for this.
SPONSORED EQUIPMENT
We make many products that can have custom logos added for branding, this branding. is not limited to school branding but can also be used to sell sponsorships to raise money for equipment. Pictured above are two examples of Logo Toppers at Franklin Heights High School in Columbus Ohio, one was for a local business called Funkys and the other is a family who donated back to their school. We normally sell the sponsor logos as Decal Logos as they are cheaper to make and more of the money can be used for fundraising not displaying the fundraiser.
We can also keep the donation in school colors and logos but still honor the donor.
SPONSORE EQUIPMENT MORE SUBTLETY
We can also make bolt on Sponsor Plaques which are only $100 to have made, we recommend to sell them for $500-5000 a plaque to sponsors. These can be added to any piece of equipment with 3×3″ tubing and 1″ holes, not just racks and ATR Units!
SPONSORED TURF/FLOORING
Displaying Sponsorship logos in Turf or Flooring is more expensive to do than Decal Logo Toppers BUT it does pop a lot more and can be sold at a much higher sponsorship price. Pictured above at Franklin Heights High School is the Toyota West of Columbus Dealership Logo in the center of their turf inside the sports performance center.
OTHER WAYS TO RAISE MONEY
LIFT A THON
Lift-A-Thon events are a great way to fundraise for weight rooms, they can be setup with donors in many ways making pledges for each rep, 1000 LBS lifted and so on. There are many organizations like 99 pledges that help schools setup these events and collect money, making it easier to manage for the coaches, athletes and parents.

The Critical Reload Fundraising Program, offers a unique approach by providing high schools with nutritional products specifically designed for student-athletes. Schools can sell Critical Reload protein and recovery products (not dietary supplements), appealing to health-conscious students, parents, and community members. This program not only raises funds but also promotes healthier lifestyles and supports athletic performance. Schools already operate concessions for profit at sporting events, so why not extend this idea to the weight room? Offering these products in the weight room creates an additional revenue stream while aligning fundraising efforts with the wellness and fitness goals of students.
The Critical Reload nutrition system not only enables your athletes to build 18 pounds of lean body mass, but it also helps you earn thousands of dollars for your high school athletic budget—consistently, month after month, year after year. It’s a straightforward way to generate significant profit while supporting student-athlete performance and recovery.
