Our 210 Glute Ham Developer is a great product that we are phasing out for a design with our new 3×3 tubing, the old design was sold for 10 years and was one of our best-selling machines. It can easily be adjusted with one hand thanks to the pull pin and linear ball bearings, the foot plate has a diamond plate and a band assistance loop, there is also a band resistance loop down low for athletes that need more than just body weight to develop their posterior chain.
