Pads are very useful and versatile pieces of equipment that can be found in almost any gym or fitness facility but they are almost always light blue which is why we made ours black to match any facility.

Made out of 2.5" thick TPE Foam that is 20"x 16" which allows athletes to place both knees on the pad to make exercises you'd normally do from knees more comfortable.
As the foam is 2.5" thick the athletes feet or knees will slightly sink into the pad forcing them to use more stabilizer muscles as the pad makes them slightly not stable.
Not made in the USA.
