The Dumbbell Trays were designed to add DB storage to 43″ racks/ATR units as the area between the back posts is often not utilized. They attach to any 3×3 tubing with 1″ and 1/2″ holes spaced 2″ on center for the 1″ holes and 1 and 1/2″ on center for the 1/2″ holes. The Trays also come in 72″ versions which can be added to our 72″ Functional Trainer, create custom storage units or connect two racks.
If you connect them to a rack or ATR unit with 20" crossmembers you cannot have a cable machine attachment as the weight stack will hit the DB tray. You can have both storage trays and cable stacks on the same unit if it has the 30" crossmbmers.
The DB Tray is 11" deep and sticks out 4" behind the upright and 3.5" in front of the upright.
Comes with 4 1" Bolt assemblies.
With the ability to add these between the back posts on an Alpha Rack or ATR unit you can add dumbbells with storage without dedicating floor space to a traditional dumbbell rack.
With the ability to attach up to 5 of these trays inside a rack you can store a full set of Dumbbells' 5-100 LBS inside a half rack allowing each station to have their own set of dumbbells' if desired.
With the option for the tray at 43" or 72"you can attach them to an Alpha Half rack or ATR Functional trainer
