Multi Grip Chin Up

The Multi-Grip chin-up bar was designed to allow athletes to perform pull-ups, chin-ups, hangs, toes to bar, and other exercises in multiple hand positions. The 3 tabs allow you to easily add straps, rings, bands, and different grips or handles with a carabiner. The mounting holes are 18″ apart on center.

With 4 different hand grip positions athletes can choose the position most comfortable for them to perform pull ups or chin ups. The 4 options are the straight bar, narrow neutral grip, wide neutral grip and angled grip.
If the hand holds are not satisfactory for the athlete or coach we included 3 holes for carabiner attachment to attach other handles, rings, straps or anything else.
Our Multi Grip pull up bar can be added to the 43" crossmember, 72" crossmember or beam connector attachment allowing you to add more pull up stations than racks if needed.
