Nordic Plate Attachment

The Nordic Plate Attachment was designed to make Nordic Curls feel more secure with a foot plate to lock your feet into similar to a GHD Machine. The Nordic Plate Attachment allows athletes to easily add assistance by placing it on the upright of a cable column or lat pull down, athletes can put on a belt on or hold handles to use the weight stack for assistance. As they get stronger they can use less weight as assistance and hopefully eventually can do them without assistance.

Add the Nordic Plate to a Cable Column or Lat Pull Down to use the weight stack for assistance if you need it.
The Nordic Plate ships disassembled so it will cost less to ship, just add two bolts to add the arms to the plate, add the roller to the arms at whatever depth you desire and it is ready to use!
