It features 5.75-inch loadable sleeves and a 28.5 mm shaft diameter, providing the feel of a regular barbell but with a lighter and shorter build.

Designed to be used as a technique bar for teaching lifts at light weights, this can be used by an older athlete learning a new lift or perfecting their form or a younger athlete touching a barbell for the first time.
