Alpha Arms

The Alpha Arms offer 180° range of movement when unlocked in both the Z and X planes, allowing for a more natural feel during pressing, rowing, and other exercises. They can lock into a straight position like traditional lever arms or at angled positions for varied movement options. They are compatible with both 1″ and 5/8″ holes on 3×3" tubing and the bracket can be disassembled to add to welded frame racks.
