The Multi-Grip Cambered Bar weights 45 LBS and has 3 pairs of knurled handles that are, 12″, 20″ and 28″ apart on center. The Camber drop is 2.5″ allowing athletes to get a further range of motion compared to a flat multi-grip bar. The support X in the center of the bar can rest flat on an athlete’s chest making touching the bar to chest more comfortable.
