The Multi-Grip Chin-Up Bar was designed to allow athletes to perform pull-ups, chin-ups, hangs, toes-to-bar, and other exercises in multiple hand positions. The bar has a 1.25″ diameter (approximately 32 mm) for a comfortable and secure grip. The three tabs allow you to easily add straps, rings, bands, and different grips or handles with a carabiner. The mounting holes are 18″ apart on center.
