Rack Mounted Compact Belt Squat

Our Rack Mounted Compact Belt Squat attaches to Alpha Racks to create a low-profile Belt Squat and Lat Pull-Down station. The low-pulley foot must be bolted down, and since the pulley extends 3" above the floor, most athletes will need an elevated surface like DC Blocks or bumpers. For quicker setup, we also offer a platform version, though it requires a larger footprint.
