We offer six different band levels to meet the needs of athletes across various movements.

Bands typically have a lifespan of 6 to 48 months, depending on usage and care. While they can last for years, after around 48 months—or sooner with heavy use and improper storage—they will begin to wear out and lose their elasticity and strength.

If a band has a tear or a crack you should immediately stop using it as they can be dangerous if they snap.

It is also good practice when doing banded barbell movements to use two bands of not just the same size but a similar age, older bands will not have the same elasticity a new one does.

Each band has an 84 inch Circumference and is 41 inches long when doubled up.
