Pad Option

The Alpha Bench is constructed out of 3×3 tubing and has attachment holes on the back for 1″ attachments. The back pad is 40″x 12″ with a 1.25″ pad gap between the seat pad which is 12.5″x 12″. The bench in the renderings and pictures are showing a Premium black pad with a black wear cover, Laser Cut SD Logo, Red Frame, and Silver Accent Color.

Awesome Bench!!

Great Bench!! One of the best engineered benches

I wanted a quality American made adjustable bench to be a staple piece in my gym.  The Alpha Bench doesn't disappoint.  The bench is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing and the pad is the perfect balance of support and comfort.  The reverse ladder was also a big plus for safety while i move around the gym, adjust and introduce my kiddos to the home gym life  A+.  Highly recommend

Alpha Bench is the one you want

This bench is a tank!  Feels incredibly solid and safe.  I love the  nearly seamless bench when flat AND supports incline.   Also great height and great  location for feet of bench that doesn’t interfere with my foot placement.  Everything about this is just right.
