The Alpha Single Utility Roller was designed to be a multi-use roller that attaches with a single 1″ threaded pin and Adjustable Nut. It pairs well with our GOAT Attachment for Leg Extensions, Hamstring Curls and other exercises. They are available in 9 pad colors and are handmade in Columbus Ohio. Does not fit non-1″ holes (5/8″, 3/4″ etc.).

The Alpha Single Utility Roller uses a threaded pin and adjustable nut for attachment compared to a hitch pin for attachment on the Dual Utility roller which allows the Alpha Utility Roller to stick out from the post directly and not using a bracket like the Dual Utility Roller.
Like our Dual Utility Roller this can be used for Split Squats, Nordic Curls, Bicep Curls and Much more while you can also do many movements not possible on the Dual Utility Roller such as hip thrusts and Back Raises.
Because we cut no corners in our design and manufacturing process we stand behind all Stray Dog Strength

I already had two Rogue rollers, but I purchased a Stray Dog molded roller because it's 2 inches longer and 3/4" thicker in diameter. Turns out it's much more than that. The roller stands off from the rack about an extra inch more than the Rogue with a rubber spacer and rotates on plastic bushings. This means you wind up with more clearance from a rack or lever and a roller that actually rotates freely versus the Rogue roller. When you add the STRAYDOG10 discount code, you wind up with a much, much better and more comfortable roller for less than the Rogue roller. The only negative is that Stray Dog's adjustable nut is maybe a little too big, and definitely not as nice as the nuts that come with Rogue rollers. That said, after receiving the Stray Dog roller, I immediately ordered a second...and now I have two Rogue rollers that I likely won't use . The photo should clearly demonstrate the difference.
Bought these for rehab after my meniscus repair and ACL reconstruction. After much research and deliberation, I just bit the bullet and splurged on the alphas. They are well-constructed and perfect for every exercise you can imagine with them (ie. Bulgarians, extensions, preachers, back extension, nordics, sit-ups…). The padding is perfectly dense and the screw-on attachment takes all the slop out, you really can’t get anything better on the market. I wish they were cheaper, but you get what you pay for with gym equipment. Love them - just buy once and cry once.
Great quality. Sturdy and comfortable
Great Roller. Build quality is excellent
This is the best! Went from the rogue roller to this! Night and day difference!
