Platform Belt Squat Free Standing

The Stand Alone Platform Belt Squat functions as a free-standing unit or can be connected to ATRs or racks from the back upright for added crossmembers or storage trays. It supports a wide range of exercises including Belt Squats, Cable Split Squats, Lat Pull Downs, Foot-Supported Low Rows, Cable RDLs, Bent Over Rows, Pull Throughs, and more from both high and low pulley positions. A rear pulley allows off-platform work without damaging the cable, while attachments expand options for Dips, Cable-Resisted Dips, Neck Movements, and more.

A Lat Seat can be added for seated or chest-supported variations, our Dual Utility Roller can be added for Cable-Assisted Nordic Hamstring Curls, making this a highly versatile training station.

The unit comes with our new Utility Peg, which adds cable resistance capabilities to the carriage allowing explosive movements to be done without carriage jump/float. This Utility Peg also serves as an adjustable handle when placed on the front upright. The Ladder Start/Stop includes built-in knurled handles, fixed in place for secure use.
