The Platform Belt Squat Rack Attachment is a cable-driven, plate-loaded unit with a true 1:1 ratio and a 30 lb. weight carriage. Designed to integrate inside racks, it is best suited for use off the back of Alpha Double Half Racks, which are often dedicated to cable attachments rather than standard lifting. The platform limits use as a traditional rack, but it adds tremendous versatility as a belt squat station. The rear uprights are also compatible with Alpha Rollers, making cable-driven split squats simple to set up.

The Platform Belt Squat Attachment is designed to fit inside an Alpha Half Rack, with the platform extending the rack’s footprint outward. While the platform prevents most barbell movements inside the rack, it was built for Alpha Double Half Rack setups where the back section isn’t used for barbell lifting but instead for cable machine integration. We’ve installed this configuration at multiple schools, pairing it with Lat Pull-Downs and Cable Column Attachments to add cable training options without sacrificing valuable floor space.
