Rack Mounted Compact Belt Squat

The Compact Belt Squat Rack Attachment was built to provide a versatile, space-efficient solution to attach to Alpha Racks. By integrating directly onto the rack, it creates a low-profile Belt Squat and Lat Pull-Down option without the need for a standalone machine. The low-pulley foot must be securely bolted to the floor to function properly. Since the pulley rises 3" above ground level, most athletes will need an elevated surface such as DC Blocks or bumper plates to reach the correct working height, though athletes over 6 feet tall may naturally be positioned for a full range of motion without additional setup.

In addition to belt squats, this attachment can double as a high pulley station. By adding a Lat Seat to a Spotter Arm and pairing it with the Dual Utility Roller for knee support, it becomes an effective lat pull-down and upper-body training option. For programs looking to streamline setup, a platform version is also available, eliminating the need for elevation while requiring a larger footprint. This combination of compact design, height flexibility, and multi-use capability makes the Rack Mount Compact Belt Squat an ideal tool for maximizing versatility in limited space.
