The Scap Strap is a patented design created by professional baseball pitcher Jacob Nix that we manufacture and distribute in partnership with him. It was developed to target the rotator cuff and the muscles responsible for internal and external rotation of the glenohumeral joint. Its compact and versatile design allows athletes to complete their entire shoulder program almost anywhere using resistance bands, cable columns, or as a suspension trainer.

The Scap Strap is a patented product that is unique due to it's long V shape, which allows you to do exercises without being impeded by the strap hitting you. Exercises like face pulls, overhead raise and even cable flys can be performed as the 44.5" long strap allowing more ROM.
