Programming Distribution Methods

Over the last 25 years we have helped sports teams with consultation, facility design, and the buildout of equipment. One thing we have wanted to accomplish for years is bringing together the hardware and the software, with the software being the programming. The Stray Dog Performance System was created to finally make that connection by offering cohesive training plans that work seamlessly with Stray Dog Strength equipment or any other rack and bench system. Shown below is the SDP Manual which can be downloaded here or ask your sales rep for a spiral bound copy with color printing!

The SDP System provides comprehensive training solutions, including in-season and off-season plans for various sports, alongside specialized Add-On Programs for Sprints, Jumps, Conditioning, and others. All these programs are available for free via printable PDF sheets and editable Excel templates, allowing coaches to easily customize every detail to fit their unique situation and athletes needs. For digital integration, the programs are also fully loaded into the Teambuildr workout management app. Our new rack-mounted clipboard solution keeps paper and a pen secured in one place and gives athletes a solid writing surface on the upright, so everything stays right at the station if you are running programming via paper.

Our partnership with Teambuildr allows coaches to easily run our programs as we have uploaded them into the software. This makes it easy to distribute programing and track results, since athletes can enter their numbers instantly without filling out papers to turn back into the coach to reenter later saving coaches time. Our iPad Rack Mounts allow you to securely store and use iPads at the rack station.
We noticed that while adding iPads to racks has been common for a while now, no one had created a true charging and storage solution for them. That is why we developed the Charging Tower. It lets you charge and store ten devices through a single power cord, which is ideal in rooms where racks do not have direct access to an outlet.

We also offer a bolt-on, rack-mounted iPad solution for coaches who don't want the hassle of moving tablets to and from a charging station or who require a permanent, non-portable setup. This system features our industry-first tubing wiring system, delivering power right at the rack where you need it. This eliminates the need to tape or Velcro the cable to the outside of the tubing a method that is known to eventually fail and does not look as refined as cables run through the tubing.

Our Bridge Units allow you to mount TVs so coaches can present programming clearly to the entire room. We also created a wide screen format specifically for TV display, since our standard PDF layout is vertical and harder to read on a TV screen.

Our goal is to support coaches not only when they design a new facility or order new equipment but throughout the entire training cycle. We talk with hundreds of coaches each year from professional teams to middle school programs which gives us a clear view of what is working in weight rooms across the country. These relationships put us in a unique position to guide and consult coaches because we have seen firsthand what delivers results and what falls short.
