Lever Arms are offered by nearly every company that manufactures racks and rack attachments. While they are incredibly versatile, many facilities only use them a few times per week, leaving them occupying valuable rack space and interfering with everyday training. To solve this problem, both our Lever Arms and Alpha Arms feature a pin-up storage position, allowing them to be quickly moved up and out of the way when not in use.

Lock Up and Out of the Way

When stored, the arms remain functional and can serve as a high pull-up bar or a Triphasic jump band anchor point. This design allows facilities to maximize both rack functionality and training space without sacrificing the versatility of lever arms.

Free Motion Option

The Alpha Arms are also one of the few lever arms on the market with 3D motion. When unlocked, they can swing side to side as well as front to back, allowing for more natural movement patterns instead of forcing athletes into a fixed path. This creates a more natural feel and allows coaches to use the arms for a much wider variety of movements, especially for smaller athletes. Traditional lever arms mounted on a rack are often positioned around 43" apart, which can feel excessively wide for athletes who do not have broad shoulders and can force them into awkward or unnatural pressing positions.

Dan Hopkins noted that traditional fixed-plane lever arms can encourage offensive linemen to press with their hands excessively wide, a position that does not reflect how blocking occurs on the field. In football, athletes make contact with their hands much closer together. With the Alpha Arms unlocked in Free Motion Mode, athletes can press through a more natural, sport-specific movement pattern while maintaining the versatility of a traditional lever arm. Shown below, the Alpha Arms are being used in Free Motion Mode to perform a converging overhead press.


Eye Bolt

The integrated eye bolt on our Lever Arms and Alpha Arms makes it easy to attach carabiners, bands, straps, and belts for a variety of training applications. One of the most popular uses is connecting a belt for belt squats, but it also provides a convenient anchor point for Pallof presses, core exercises, accommodating resistance, and countless other movements. The simple addition of the eye bolt greatly expands the versatility of the arms while making setup quick and efficient.

Easy To Adjust

Many lever arms on the market are difficult to adjust, which often discourages coaches and athletes from using them regularly. The Alpha Arms were designed with a roller-equipped bracket system that allows them to glide smoothly up and down the upright, making adjustments faster, easier, and more user-friendly. Front Loaded Weight Peg

When using the Alpha Arms in Free Motion Mode, the weight should be loaded on the forward-facing weight horns rather than traditional side-mounted loading pegs. Positioning the weight directly in line with the lever arm keeps the load centered throughout the movement. This becomes especially important during converging presses, where side-loaded weight can create an uneven feel as the arms move inward. By keeping the load centered on the arm, resistance remains more balanced and consistent through the entire range of motion.

Attach to Any 3x3" Rack with 1" or 5/8" Holes

Our Lever Arms and Alpha Arms were designed as modular attachments that can be added to a wide variety of rack brands utilizing the industry-standard 3x3" tubing with 1" holes. The bracket system can also be disassembled, allowing the arms to be installed on welded-frame racks that would otherwise be incompatible. This versatility makes upgrading existing equipment simple without requiring a complete rack replacement.
