Multi-Grip Cambered Bar

The Multi-Grip Cambered Bar weights 45 LBS and has 3 pairs of knurled handles that are, 12″, 20″ and 28″ apart on center. The Camber drop is 2.5″ allowing athletes to get a further range of motion compared to a flat multi-grip bar. If you order 5 or more bars you can get them painted in any of our 11 standard colors for no additional cost, (ONLY AVAILABLE IN BLACK TEXTURE FOR 1 BAR). The X in the center of the bar can rest flat on an athlete’s chest making touching the chest more comfortable.
Multi-Grip Bars allow athletes to do movements in a neutral grip hand position taking stress off their shoulders. The Cambered aspect of the bar allows athletes to get a greater ROM compared to using a straight bar, this extra ROM is especially felt from the wide grip position.
The frame of the bar is available in any of our 11 standard color options if you purchase 5 or more for no additional cost, or you can do a custom color for an upcharge.
