Stray Dog Strength Bands are a great way to add accommodating resistance to an exercise allowing athletes to break through plateaus and set new PR’s. Add Intense Band Grips to any band between .25″ and 1.25″ in diameter (fits orange-purple SD bands) to make movements feel similar to a dumbbell grip and avoid pinching/band burn.

They are available as individual bands or sold in our different band packages.
