ATR Lat Pull/ Low Row

The ATR Lat Pull Down/Low Row uses a 1:1 ratio selectorized stack that can be used from the high or low position. ATR machine sides can be connected off to the side of 3×3 1″ hole racks with a crossmember. You can also connect two ATR Units at 43″ to create a lifting station/rack with integrated machines or connect them at 72″ to have more room to use the machines. All ATR units are made out of 3×3 tubing with 1″ holes and 2″ hole spacing.

Our ATR Lat pull-down allows you to feel the full weight of the weight stack by having a 1:1 ratio. It also is a great way to add a Lat pull-down station to a room without taking up a lot of floor space as you can connect the ATR Lat pull-downs with storage trays to replace dumbbell racks.
Basic Package comes with 2 guide rods, 2 uprights, 2 crossmembers,2 carabiners, 1 chain,250 LBS weight stack,1 low row pulley with foot pegs,1 pulley housing with pulleys and cable.
Deluxe Package includes 2 guide rods, 2 uprights, 2 crossmembers, 2 carabiners, 1 chain, 250 LBS weight stack, 1 Lat bar, 1 Dual storage hook, 1 spotter arm, 1 Lat seat attachment, 1 utility roller, 1 low row pulley with foot pegs and 1 pulley housing with pulleys and cable.
