Platform Belt Squat/Lat/Low Row
*RELEASING IN SUMMER 2024* The Standalone Platform Belt Squat/Lat Pull Down/Low Row uses a plate loaded 1:1 ratio weight carriage that is stopped by a ladder style stop making it easy to get different height athletes in and out for belt squats. This unit can be used as a Lat Pull Down by adding a Spotter Arm, Lat Seat, and Dual Utility Roller or can be used as a high pulley for various other exercises. The platform has a pulley at the back that allows athletes to do low rows on the unit as well.
Belt Squats are a great tool but often take up a very large footprint for only a few exercises to be performed on them, that is why we made our belt squat also a lat pull down and low row unit. The ability to use the belt squat as a lat pull down and low row makes it one of the most versatile machines on the market as it is also made out of 3x3" tubing with 1" holes allowing attachments to be added.
If you want to do Lat Pull downs just add the Lat Seat/Spotter arm and Dual Utility Roller and you have an adjustable height lat seat and knee hold.
A dip bar can be added to the unit to do cable resisted dips and other exercise.
