Stray Dog Sticks

PVC pipes are a staple in most sports performance facilities mainly to be used to teach technique and stretch, we discovered they also make great hurdles when slid through a hole in a rack upright. We sourced an extra strength PVC pipe that has a smooth black finish that will hold up better than off the shelf PVC pipe and also looks better.

The Utility Sticks were designed to provide a lifting technique stick, stretching stick or to be added to 1" holes in racks or other tubing for various things. Add them to an upright to create a hurdle for jumping or ducking under depending on the height you set it to. They can also be used to set at the depth you want the athlete to lift to and you can feel them with the bar when you hit them.
