The Lat seat fits any 1″ hole on a 3×3 tube, allowing it to go on an upright as a back support or a spotter arm for a variable height chest or seat pad. It is available in 9 upholstery options and comes with our Deluxe ATR Lat Pull Down Low Row Unit.
The Lat Seats take between 1-3 weeks for production of the pad, other than Black which is in stock. Comes With a Stray Dog Hitch Pin

The Lat seat can be attached to any piece of 3x3 tubing with 1" holes, attach it to a spotter arm for an adjustable seat or chest pad, attach it to the rack post for a back pad or come up with another use for this versatile piece.
