Landmine

Our Landmine is very versatile, thanks to our Adjustable Nut it has the ability to go into any 1″ hole on 3×3 tubing. Adjustable Landmines allow you to hit different angles that are not possible with a traditional bolt-on landmine. Move it to the middle of the upright to make Over Head Press, Landmine Squats, and other exercises more difficult with the same weight. Add the landmine to the Alpha Bench to create another station while someone is lifting on the rack.

Our Movable landmine is a very versatile attachment, with the ability for it to go into any hole on a Rack you can hit different angles that were not possible with a traditional bolt on landmine.
Rest the bar on the spotter arm when loading, between movements and to get set up so you don't waste any motion doing overhead press, squats or any other movement with the landmine set high on the post.
The Adjustable Nut has plastic to protect the rack post which is attached with two screws and no adhesive to last longer.
