Squat Wedge
Our Squat Wedge is a 15 degree plate that is 24″x 13″ and was designed to be a platform for both feet for squatting, lunging, Angled Plyometrics, calf raises and other exercises. They can be stacked on top of each-other for condensed storage and there is also a 1″ and 5/8″ hole to store them on an upright. Strength Coach Tobias Jacobi requested this specific size and angle, he also wrote an article explaining how to implement them into HS Training. ONLY AVALABLIE IN QUANTITES OF 10 OR MORE.

Squat wedges are a great tool for improving squat depth as they put the ankle in an elevated position that makes it easier to get your hips lower even without good ankle mobility. If you tell someone to squat as low as possible, you will notice they go up onto their toes which allows them to get lower, squat wedges have a similar effect but still allow you to push off your heal as it is supported by the wedge.
There are two sections of grip tape on top for extra grip which is 8"x11" on each side of the Laser Cut logo. Minimum order is 10 pairs, the price includes a custom laser cut logo and custom color option. If you want a different angle we can also customize that.
