Alpha GHD

The Alpha GHD was designed to be the highest quality GHD on the market, it has linear ball bearings that allow it to easily slide with only 2 fingers when you pull the pull pin. This unit has 4 rollers to keep athletes’ feet locked in no matter the exercise. This unit has the same frame as the Basic GHD but is quicker to adjust due to linear ball bearings, it has the step-up plate, 4 rollers, knurled handles, and upholstery color options which the Basic GHD does not have.

The Alpha GHD machine comes with Black pads only online, if you want colored pads you can reach out and place a custom order and pay the custom pad fee.
A GHD or Glute Ham Developer is one of the best tools for building posterior chain strength, we designed our Alpha GHD with 4 rollers so ballistic/explosive movements can be done without fear of athletes slipping out of the machine. This unit has handles in the front to help athletes get their knees in the correct position as well as to help them raise back up if they fail a rep.
The Alpha GHD and the Basic GHD are very similar units, they have the same frame, pad, and handles but have different footplates, pad color options, and adjustment slides.
