Our Dip Attachment fits 5/8″ or 1″ holes on 3×3″ tubing, offering a space-saving flip-down storage option. Built with an angled 2″ black powder-coated tubing, it allows for varied grip options to suit athletes’ preferences and workout needs. They include a 1″ or 5/8″ Hitch Pin for easy attachment
The Stray Dog Strength Dip Attachment was designed to be the best dip attachment on the market. With the ability to attach to 1" or 5/8" holes this attachment will work on virtually any brand rack out there.
The Removable Dip can be flipped around for storage against the upright or can be stored on a crossmember or other 3x3" tubing with holes as well.
The Removable Dip Attachment can be used for cable resisted dips by pairing it with our Fixed Low Pulley which can be added to any of our Lat Pull Down units other than the fixed seat lat pull down unit.
The inside of the dip features two of our large plastic pieces and one small plastic piece to cover each rack contact point with plastic.
