Stray Dog Foam Plyo Boxes come as a 3-piece set, consisting of 6″, 12″, and 18″ height variations. Made out of high density foam, allowing to be both rigid and lightweight. They provide athletes with a firm landing, platform while still offering protection to joints and shins. These plyometric boxes are designed for durability with heavy-duty Velcro, ensuring secure stacking during workouts. An additional Velcro strip ensures the flap remains free of dirt and protects it, extending the life of the product.

Plyometric training is a great tool to add into any regimen especially in a Sports Performance setting. The down side to traditional plyo boxes made of wood or metal is that they are not forgiving. If athletes fail the jump and land with their shins on a steel box they can get seriously hurt. The steel/wood boxes are also very heavy and difficult to move, the Foam Boxes are not easy to move but are not as difficult as the wood alternative.
