Our Alpha Arm Handles were designed to be the optimal lever arm handle, the weight peg is in positioned to the front of the arm not to the side placing the force on the center of the arm and not the outside of it. This is especially important for free motion lever arms when doing side to side motions. The weight peg is also angled up so weights will not fall off even if you don’t add a collar.

The Alpha Arm handles are a combined weight peg and handle setup, the weight peg is angled up so the weights do not slide off. Most importantly the weight peg goes forward not to the side of the arm, this is essential when doing excersies with the arms unlocked as the arms can move in and out and the weight being loaded to one side will throw off the weight distribution.
These handles come with magnetic shaft collar hitch pins to make adjusting them quicker and easier and they also have a cutout to show the heigh they are set to.
These can be added to our GOAT, Lever Arms or other brands lever arms.
The Curved Handle allows you to get 4 different hand positions, supinated, pronated, angled and neutral grips.
