Our Crossmembers are available in 20″, 30″, 43″ and 72″ options or you can use our Custom Crossmember Brackets paired with any length 3×3″ tube to create a custom length crossmember. The 20″ and 30″ Crossmembers also feature our proprietary guide rod hole pattern to add a machine attachment such as a Cable Column, Lat Pull Down/Low Row or Belt Squat Lat Pull Down Combo.
Since every Alpha rack and ATR unit comes with the guide rod hole pattern you can add a Cable column, Lat pull down or Belt squat/Lat pull down combo as your training needs and budget changes.
The Crossmember is raised 3.75" off of the ground allowing athletes feet to go under it when doing wide squats, deadlifts, or other movements.
As the crossmember has 1" holes on all sides it doubles as a storage beam that can store any attachment.
The crossmembers are the same at the top and bottom of the rack
