The Nordic Plate Attachment offers athletes an easier and more supported way to perform Nordic Curls either with assistance/resistance or just bodyweight. Although using an Alpha Single Roller for Nordic Curls works, this attachment has a Plate that allows athletes to lock their feet in similar to a GHD Machine. The Nordic Plate can be added to Cable Columns or Lat Pull downs with 3×3″ uprights and 1″ or 5/8″ holes to add assistance via a cable or add it to a rack and use a band for assistance. This can also be used for a Split Squat Pad, Foot Elevated Pushups Pad, Knee Hold For Lat Pull downs or other exercises.
