Nordic Plate Attachment

The Nordic Plate Attachment offers athletes an easier and more supported way to perform Nordic Curls either with assistance/resistance or just bodyweight. Although using an Alpha Single Roller for Nordic Curls works, this attachment has a Plate that allows athletes to lock their feet in similar to a GHD Machine. The Nordic Plate can be added to Cable Columns or Lat Pull downs with 3×3″ uprights and 1″ or 5/8″ holes to add assistance via a cable or add it to a rack and use a band for assistance. This can also be used for a Split Squat Pad, Foot Elevated Pushups Pad, Knee Hold For Lat Pull downs or other exercises.

Add the Nordic Plate to a Cable Column or Lat Pull Down to use the weight stack for assistance if you need it.
The Nordic Plate ships disassembled so it will cost less to ship, just add two bolts to add the arms to the plate, add the roller to the arms at whatever depth you desire and it is ready to use!
