Pre-Configured ATR #3 was designed to give coaches and administrators a better use of their space, this unit incorporates two Lat Pull Down/Low Row Units into Dumbbell Storage.
This unit can also be made with 3 cable machines as one can be added to the middle post and can also be created using Cable Columns and Belt Squats instead of Lat Pull Down/Low Rows.
